RFPs and BROKER SELECTION

We utilize a proprietary market selection process based on specific industry and specialty requirements. Brokers are selected to participate in the process based on expertise, market strength, broking channels, and overall remuneration package. The request for proposal and broker selection process clearly identifies the broker that will ensure the best fit for our clients’ needs.

BROKER MANAGEMENT

At the conclusion of the broker selection process, we provide our clients a follow-on proposal that offers ongoing risk management consulting services and management of the broker relationship.

We will develop a broker service calendar, implementation plan/scope of work, monthly action items, as well as other measurable standards; and will evaluate the broker’s performance on an annual basis. We will work with all risk management providers to obtain the highest level of delivery of agreed services throughout the vendor engagement.
